Abstract :
With the increasing demand for the spiral bevel gears(SBGs) in the modern industry, the multi - axis CNC machining tools for SGBs was deeply investigated in the mathematics model of gear meshing, design and simulation, numerical controlling method and measurement method to improve the accuracy and precision of machining. This paper constructs a compensation method for SBGs machining with four - axis CNC milling machine, related to the traditional machine YK2280, and five-axis CNC milling machine, resourced from No.116 on the base of an advanced method proved by the general five-axis machining tool. Further the CAD/CAM/CAN software of SBGs machining with the proposed compensation method would be constructed and other errors would be taken in consideration.
