On-site measurement that is machining and measurement integration technology, is a trend of high-precision NC machine tools the dynamic error of on-site Measuring in NC Machine of the processing components include many kinds of errors, such as: Processing system error, measuring method error, etc, These error will be through a certain rule mapping to the processing components, we can minimize the dynamic error´s impact on processing and measuring by on-site Measuring of NC Machine and the effective separation studying of the measurement error. This paper will introduce Bayesian networks to dynamic error separation and modeling in on-site measuring, show the process of studying the Bayesian networks structure, make experiments and analysis with simulated and real data, and verify the feasibility of this method.
