  • Abstract
    The removal mechanism of micro-electrochemical processing is investigated in this paper. Some of the predominant electrochemical process parameters, such as machining voltage, current, pulse duration, frequency of pulse and electrolyte concentration, which affect processing quality, have been analyzed by single factor variance experiments. To get the optimized processing parameter for a good accuracy, roughness and machining efficiency, a orthogonal experiment and Fuzzy algorithm are used. Series micro-structures machining, such as the micro hole, micro shaft, micro cavity, etc,. are also carried out in the optimized processing parameter.
