  • Abstract
SED Systems, Inc. of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has developed a multiprocessor channel card designed for use in its Inmarsat M and B access, control and signalling equipment systems. The design process from the definition of the system to the detailed design and prototype of the channel card is described. A description of the resulting channel card is provided including a list of its most important features. Possible future enhancements to the product are identified at the conclusion of the discussion
