Abstract :
Evaluation of the interference in a mobile network environment is needed in planning cellular systems and evaluating their performance. A new approach for the prediction of radio interference in TDMA cellular systems is introduced. The proposed algorithm allows the calculation of mutual interference between two TDMA carriers for both synchronous and asynchronous mobile networks. A performance comparison between asynchronous and synchronous systems is carried out
