Abstract :
Automatic spraying glue in the guided fiber optic precise winding process is one of the most important factors for enhancing the fiber winding efficiency. Based on its characteristics, working demands and the corresponding physico- chemical characters of adhesive, a PLC control system for automatic spraying glue was designed. The practice proves that it relieves workers´ laboring and improves the fiber winding efficiency and precision.
