Recently atmospheric nitrogen deposition was heavily increased and this would alter carbon cycling process in terrestrial ecosystems. We conducted greenhouse experiments with 8 sand plants under nutrient controlled (simulate the nitrogen deposition), then use `smatr´ package to analysis the variation of the plant leaf functional traits. Our study shows that, LNC, LPC and Aarea were increased while N:P ratio was decreased with nutrient supply. The reason is that, at high nutrient level, larger amounts of nitrogen (LNC) were allocated to electron transport capacity and soluble proteins which leads to higher Aarea. However, changes are small under two nutrient levels in bivariate scaling relationship, which were analyzed via `smatr´ package of R. Only LPC-LNC and LPC-SLA relationships were altered, this was correlated with dramatic change of LPC in high nutrient level. These results suggested that carbon capture strategy of species had altered when nutrient increased.
