Abstract
Domain engineering methodology aims to improve the communication and coordination of architecting complex system-of-systems (SoS) for network centric warfare (NCW). The DEM identifies best-of-breed techniques across a variety of processes to derive a methodology that concentrates on architectures. This enables projects and individuals to better collaborate on architectural efforts with improved consistency to produce quality engineering artifacts. This paper examines the approach and results of the research.
