Abstract :
Compound operation is one of the important operations of Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS), and optimizing compound operation is an important method to improving the operation efficiency of AS/RS. Based on the characteristics of compound operation, this paper constructs the optimized mathematical model, and designs an efficient Partheno-Genetic Algorithm to solve the scheduling problem. Simulation result shows that operation time has been reduced greatly and operation efficiency increased greatly with little execution time of the program. The optimized algorithm has good global search capability, can pay attention to both the time and effect to meet the actual request, suitable for engineering applications.
