Abstract :
Cloud-RAN is the next-generation wireless access network architecture. It is based on distributed processing in massive computers. Some new wireless technologies, such as CoMP, need it to be implemented. This paper firstly analyzes the contribution made by the other researchers on Cloud-RAN. And then proposed a new scheme called the Guided Data Flow Load Balanced Environment (GDLBE). In GDLBE, we uses a multilevel scheduling policy, dynamically monitoring system status in real-time, to make balance between the power consumption and the computing load.
