Abstract :
With China´s accelerating transformation of mode economic growth, energy conservation has become an urgent requirement of social development. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) will gradually replace the induction motor as the key equipment of servo drive system. For the multi-axis PMSM servo systems, this paper establishes a mathematical model of the servo control system, and simulates the 4-axis synchronized control system by using the synchronization control strategy based on adjacent cross coupling error. Experimental results show that the system has a great value of practical application, for it possesses the high precision of synchronization control, good stability, and fast convergence.
