Abstract :
A methodology of analysis of periodic motions stability in relay feedback systems with saturation in plant dynamics is proposed. The proposed analysis utilizes the concept of the state locus of a relay feedback system. A few techniques of computing of the state locus are briefly outlined, and a methodology of finding a periodic motion is considered. At the analysis of stability, it is assumed that a periodic solution is found. The proposed methodology is illustrated by an example.
