Abstract :
Priority valve is one of the key components of hydraulic steering-system, and its performance decides the stability of steering-system. Taking the YXL priority valve as an example, it established the static flow mathematical model of priority valve, and analyzed the influences of the steering load p1, EF oil-way load stress pe, relative open area A2 between valve spool and valve cover of steering gear, entrance flow q0 and control pressure pc of spring on the flow stability of hydraulic steering system. The results showed that increasing the control pressure pc of spring can improve the flow stability of CF oil-way.
