Abstract :
In this paper, a symbolic/numerical Volterra series based nonlinear circuit simulator is presented. Simulation results are compared against those generated by a widely recognized circuit simulator for the case of a common-emitter amplifier. Such a tool can provide insight to a device´s intrinsic nonlinear distortion mechanisms by relating nonlinear distortion products to individual device model parameters
