Abstract :
The voice is one of the easiest, useful methods for the human race to take communications. If a machine comes to be operated by using a voice, even the senior citizen who does not know a lot about the operation of the machine will be able to use it easily. However, there is a problem that the voices other than instruction person are recognized and the robot works. So in this research, we develop a self-propelled robot that does recognition and attestation of voice instruction, and evades obstacle in automatic by using PIC, and verify the function by experimentation.
