Abstract :
Product with complex surface could be applied in many industry fields, such as automobile, airplane, household appliances and so on. The gap between design model and machining model brings many troubles in fast, effective and precise transition process from design to manufacture. Design, machining and measurement of complex surface become keys to improve product quality. By subdivision application, information from design to manufacture could be kept effectively. With two examples designed in self-developed software, study on product with complex surface design for quality-controlling in manufacture was verified effectively and strongly.
