Abstract :
In this paper, the experimental studies on the relation of the performance parameters (roll pressure, fast linear speed, feeding and difference of linear speed) and the process parameters (husked rice ratio, percentage of raw broken, output and rubber consumption) of rubber roll huskers were done. The experimental data were processed and analyzed by means of the software MATLAB, and the graphs of relation were drawn up. Through comparing three fitting methods, the suitable function was chosen, and then according to different roll pressure, fast linear speed, feeding, and difference of linear speed, mathematical models of optimal performance parameters were established. Finally, through the comprehensive evaluation, the optimal value of the rubber roll husker´s performance parameters was offered.
