Abstract :
FIXED-MOBILE Convergence (FMC) to provide the next generation services has received increasing attention in recent years from various players in the telecommunications value network. The concept of FMC is interpreted differently in different contexts. In this paper, we broadly define FMC as the end-to-end provisioning of services utilizing versatile fixed and mobile access technologies. For this to be realized, convergence should happen at multiple levels, namely at the network, service, terminal and business level
