Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the twin-cutter turning characteristics and requirement of CNC programming, twin-cutter turning automatic programming system adopting CAX integration technology is developed. CAD, CAPP, CAM, CAT are integrated by CAX, function complement each other and information closed-loop flow in the system. The product description, process design, NC code generation and simulation are realized.
