Abstract :
We can create all kinds of force-magnifying institutions according to production requirement just using geometric shape extremely simple rods. In this paper, two different diameters pneumatic muscle, combined with reconfigurable rods institutions, three kinds of symmetrical layout press driven by pneumatic muscle has been innovated, the working principle of the press are introduced, its calculating formulae of output power are also given. The large-diameter pneumatic muscle will be used for the working stroke of the pressure travel, while the small-diameter pneumatic muscle will be used for the return travel, compared with the traditional press, the symmetric structure is more compact, no pollution, increase force effect is good, is a kind of green press.
