Abstract :
In this paper, a selective control mode for residential area is proposed, which based on load monitoring system. Corresponding device is also studied and designed from hardware structure and math model. Finally, a simulative example is given, using the real experiment in residential house. It provides a hard-handedness method for reducing grid load quickly and effectively, which bring less unsuitable to residents than traditional regional power outage.
