Abstract :
This paper describes the design of a CMOS comparator for high-speed data communication. The comparator consists of two regenerative sense amplifiers working in a pipelined fashion to achieve high speed. It operates from a single +5 V supply and is able to resolve 0.7 mV at 60 MHz sampling rate using a 0.9 μm CMOS process
