Abstract :
According to the characteristics of power plant construction projects, build a project post evaluation system and determine the standard value. Propose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to post-evaluate the success degree of power plant construction project; use relative membership degree to fuzzy-process the success degree index value and evaluation criteria. Finally, carry out the post evaluation of the project´s economic efficiency.
