According to the characteristics of enterprises in aviation industry, with pollution prevention as the dominant idea, the evaluation index system for cleaner production in aviation industry was built by combining with AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Evaluation index system covers six subsystems(process equipment, resources comprehensive control, pollutants emission, waste comprehensive utilization, product clean, environment management and labor safety)and 23 indexes. Finally, this method was demonstrated by an example. It shows that AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be successfully applied in the field of cleaner production evaluation in aviation industry and can conveniently help enterprises find the reason of high material-consumption, high energy-consumption, high pollution, and put forward some improvement measures and solutions to realize the he organic unity of economic benefit and social benefit and environmental benefits.
