Abstract :
In this paper we describe a novel planar integrated microwave generator using a ring oscillator. This concept can be used for remote microwave generation in fiber radio antenna base-stations. It offers the possibility to be used in future wireless distributed antenna systems using e.g. polymer optical fibers
