Abstract :
The simulation method of normal hysteretic characteristics of joint is studied, and a theoretical model is built, which is based on the generalized Bouc-Wen function. By means of experiment of normal stiffness of joint, data of load-deformation relationships of joint are obtained. Using the method of least squares to fit data of experiment, the parameters of the model are identified. The curve of normal load-deformation of joint is computed. The load-deformation curve from computing curve is consistent with load-deformation curve from experiment, which shows that the method is valid.
