Abstract :
CST is a new kind of vehicle passive safety device. In order to study the difference of CST for different weight vehicles, UG, VPG, LS-DYNA would be used to simulate and calculate, and it showed that influence of vehicle weight on CST shear fracture and blunt edge roundness is very great, this could provide a strong foundation for the study of CST on different vehicles, and also has great reference value to the vehicle safety study.
