Abstract :
Pressure was important measuring and controlling technical parameter during industrial production process. In order to operate industrial production well, pressure should be accurately measured and controlled. This system´s wireless pressure transmitter module was composed of pressure sensor PTB203, A/D converter ADC0804, MCU STC89C52, wireless communication module CC1101 while receiver module was composed of STC89C52, CC1101 and display module LCD1602. Since a reliable communication protocol was used, pressure data transmitted by multipoint transmitter modules was received alternately by receiver module. Experimental result indicated that, two point pressure data can be detected with this system, and the absolute error was within 0.02MPa.
