Abstract :
A full bridge DC/DC converter topology is proposed in this paper that can achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS) independent of line and load conditions. It employs a simple auxiliary circuit that consists of a few passive components. The analysis of the operation of the circuit and the simulation are presented. Experiments on a 400 V to 55 V, 500 W prototype converter operated at 100 kHz verifies the design and shows an overall efficiency of greater than 92% at full load
