Abstract :
The research of load distribution is not only an important part of bearing theory but the basis of studying the other performance indicators of bearings as well. Based on the contact theory of Hertz, the relation of geometric deformation of slewing bearing under certain loads is analyzed, and an analytical formula of load distribution for the slewing bearing under the action of radial force, axial force and overturning movement is presented by establishing the static model. The load distribution of a certain slewing bearing which used in wind turbines system is analyzed and calculated by using MATLAB numerical calculation software and ANSYS finite element analysis software. Both the analytical formula and FEA are used for analyzing and calculating the maximum stress, so as to provide reliable reference and reasonable guidance for further design optimization and structure improvement.
