Industrial democracy as the way what employee take part in management, the foreign industrial democracy operation mode has great differences with us, such as Britain´s joint consultation and collective bargaining model, Germany´s workers councils mode, America´s collective bargaining mode. This paper mainly about comparative research on the Sino-German Industrial democracy for the development of our industrial democracy finds which is worth using for reference.
