Curriculum is a whole system comprised of six related elements including school environment, the teaching aim, teaching content, teaching resources, teaching subjects and teaching evaluation, among which the teaching subject is the foremost. The effective integration of information technology and physical education training is based on the sports training curriculum. This thesis, stimulated by sports teaching informationization background, on the basis of particularity of sports science, teaching environment, teachers and students, based on the research on information technology and curriculum integration standard, principle, mode, finds the main factors that influence the curriculum integration at home and abroad, discuss the effective integration system of information technique and sports teaching training, design and implement the cases of the effective integration of information technique and sports teaching training. This research could improve ways and efficiency of students obtaining knowledge. As the development of the integration of information technique and sports teaching training, students could obtain knowledge not only from books and classes, but also from internet and specialized courses system after class. Also, they could take test via internet to standardize the national sports juridical examination mechanism. On this account, we could obtain a good social effect and influence and improve the level of the referee.
