Abstract
It is important to optimise the power system architecture because it affects critical parameters (cost, reliability, size and consumption) of the whole telecommunications system. However, the selection of the best option is complex because there are a lot of parameters involved in the selection. In this article we analyse how all these parameters affect the overall system and present a tool that calculate all these parameters in an easy and quick way
