Abstract :
Saucer-like Wave Energy Convertor is an offshore wave energy convertor for collecting the overtopping waves and converting the water head into electric power. The mooring system of this new type ocean device is designed in the present paper. A new design plan of the mooring system called Chain Tension Leg is proposed and calculated by AQWA, which has confirmed that the design plan is suitable for this device.
