    The paper research and analyze the status quo of Information Disclosure of Henan Listed Companies´ Internal Control from 2007 to 2009, then explores these questions that the supervision strength and voluntary disclosure´s motive for Information Disclosure of Henan Listed Companies´ Internal Control is not enough. Further, the paper raises suggestions for better.
