Abstract :
In telecommunication applications, the variety of loads may operate at as low as 3.3 V, and the trend is to work at even lower voltages and higher currents in the future. One of the solutions for this application is using a parallel module scheme. In this paper, issues and concerns in conjunction with the low-voltage high-current parallel power module systems are presented and discussed. A high efficient low-voltage high-current parallel power module system for a telecommunication application is demonstrated and experimentally verified
