Abstract :
The blast furnace blower is a significant piece of power equipment of the steel enterprise. Its power consumption takes up more than 97% of the blower station´s total power consumption, and resistance loss in pipeline before the blast furnace blower affects power consumption directly. This paper establishes a theoretical model to provide a theory for pipe arrangement, and compares with actual parameters to find what caused any inaccuracy. Meanwhile, we analyze resistance loss causes for each module to put forward corresponding countermeasures for energy conservation, and provide a theory for operating the blast furnace efficiently.
