Abstract :
Considering the influences of such factors as distance between constructional column, width of wall, story height, as well as the floor number, the finite element analysis on the vertical bearing capacity of single aerated concrete bearing wall was completed. The article also summarized the variation of vertical bearing capacity of aerated concrete wall decreases with the distance between structural columns increase, increases with the increasing thickness of the wall, decreases with the increasing of storey height, increases with increasing of floor number and eventually tends to stable. A computational formula considering all kinds of factors is put forward according to the evolution of the bearing capacity, which could be a helpful reference to designers.
