Abstract :
It is discussed the integrated design for building skins with photovoltaics, which combine solar photovoltaic electricity technologies with those of building construction. With the case study of the building 42 of ECN and Greenpix-zero energy media wall of Xicui, it is proposed the architectural aesthetics and ecological energy efficiency with the skillful incorporation of two of them. Finally, the issues of energy, environment and cost concerned with BIPV are also investigated.
