Abstract :
According to the uncertainty of the regional water resources evaluation index, this paper studied the interval value-based variable fuzzy assessment method (IVVFAM) of water resources carrying capacity which based on variable fuzzy set theory, and applied it in evaluating water resources carrying capacity of Dalian. The case study indicated that this method is reasonable and feasible.
