Abstract :
Now Information and Communication Technology(ICT) is omnipresent and ubiquitous. ICT have been increasingly used for teacher training and professional development. It is particularly conducive to teacher development because (a)it helps break down teacher isolation and build a supportive learning community and (b)it helps disseminate educational materials and resources. how will educational professionalism change in knowledge society?In this paper, it is made clear that new educational professionalism of teachers is needed. ICT application in university is encouraged by a change paradigm in the process of learning.
