In the city´s modernization and advancement, the mid and low earning community´s housing question already became a day by day prominent significant social question, was a significant question to people´s livelihood, Housing security system is improve and sound or not, is related to the national economy and the major issues, this paper is based on the conditions, combined with the world´s success stories, to put forward China´s housing security system countermeasures.
