  • Abstract
    In today´s increasingly competitive market, supply chain risk management is increasingly being valued by managers. In the foundation of investigation and study, and by the system dynamics theory, we analysis the causal relationship of seven main risks on food supply chain by vensim simulation software. And dynamically evaluate to risk factors by causal relationship, the influence strength level of risk factors to food supply chain system is ordered, and it can provide scientific basis for the policy-making of food supply chain risk management.
