Abstract :
As an important innovation of finance, securitization of intellectual property can optimize the allocation of resources and increase the efficiency of financial markets. It also can resolve the difficulties in financing of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and expand investment channels. In order to price the securitization of intellectual property reasonably, jump-diffusion model was introduced with a fresh perspective. On the assumption that the pricing process is a special kind of jump-diffusion process, the financial market model was established in which the price obey jump-diffusion process in the intellectual property securitization. The martingale theory and stochastic differential equation theory were applied to the pricing of intellectual property securitization, the influence of the default risk and market risk on the price of intellectual property securitization was comprehensively considered, and with Monte Carlo method to numerical simulate the pricing model. According to the detailed analysis of related factors in securities market, it is concluded that the intellectual property asset bond issue price tallies with the actual situation. That provides the decision-making basis for intellectual property securitization pricing.
