Abstract :
Slump loss of ready-mixed self-compacting concrete (SCC) may cause tube plugging in pumping. In the study, on-site test results of SCC of High-rises building in Kaohsiung, including the slump and slump-flow, V-funnel test, Box test will be used to examine the high-flowable ability of SCC. And the main purpose of the study is investigating the mechanical properties, to ensure the quality of SCC which meets the demand of column grouting. The results showed, slump and slump-flow didn´t change with the different proportions which recycled mineral admixture (slag powder) replacing Portland cement, and it meets the design value (650+50mm). The highest compressive strength was the adding percentage 45%. Slump loss of two groups from 0 to 90 minutes meets design standards. The results indicated that applied SCC adding slag powder in High-rises building won´t affect the mechanical properties, fulfill the waste recycling.
