Abstract :
The environment maturity is the key factor for the success of real estate investment. It is also the success´s basis and premise of real estate investment projects, therefore, it is very important significant for the maturity evaluation of the real estate investment environment. Based on the theory of support vector machine regression, the maturity evaluation model is constructed of real estate investment environment in the paper, and the model is simulated with many sample data, then the training results of the model were compared with those of BP neural network, the results of comparison show that the validity of the method is proved.
