Abstract :
This paper describes, in brief, an approach to safety management, both before and during a project, with specific reference to electrical installation work currently being carried out at the Millennium Dome at Greenwich, UK. The importance of effective safety management systems are outlined together with a summary of the philosophy adopted when carrying out installation work
