Abstract :
In this paper, an industrial monitoring network of mixer workshop based on the DH+ network of Rockwell Automation Company is designed. The communication among network nodes is done by MSG instruction. Then the staggered time work of internal mixers is accomplished, and the upgrade renovation of production process is achieved, and the hazard caused by large work current is also reduced. The production and power grid security can also be improved with the method.
