Abstract :
Through energy saving of building investment risk and the development environment of uncertainties, this paper introduces energy saving of building field which involves the real option theory and the normal cloud theory systematically, and combines them effectively, by establishing real option pricing based on the normal cloud model and using it applied in energy saving of building investing, getting a new calculation method of real option, through analyzing concrete cases, summarizing the characteristics of such options and existing problems, this paper puts forward the future research direction and the suggestion.
