Abstract :
This paper deals with an interval type 2 fuzzy (IT2F) multi agent based expert system for scheduling of steel production. At first, we introduce a distributed multi agent based structure. Then, we propose an IT2F based hybrid strategy that combines IT2F programming and IT2F contract net protocol (CNP), where the variables (e.g. due date, completion time and processing time) that gained from manufacturing experts, are presented by IT2F membership functions.
